Autoclave Sterilisation:-

• 1. Follow instructions of machine manufacturer..
• 2. 134 - 137 ̊C x minimum of 3 minutes.
• 3. Do not exceed manufacturers stated load.
• 4. Ensure instruments are dry before sterilisation.
