We work collaboratively with a wide range of manufacturers and regulatory bodies enabling us to not only repair, but test, service & validate the equipment within your practice. We are very proud of our 92% First Time Fix Rate.
  • We offer simple service plans starting from £49.58 per month, based on x2 pieces of equipment (T&C’s apply), helping you keep your practice compliant.
  • Opt for one of our 3-year service plans to benefit from fixed pricing for three years, inclusive of all manufacturer supplied parts and labour costs.
  • We can also maintain and repair your small equipment and handpieces with servicing starting from £49.99+vat. Simply send your handpiece(s) to us via our free postage service (please get in touch to arrange collection of small equipment). Once assessed and approved, handpieces will be repaired and returned to you within 48 hours.
  • All our repairs come with warranty as standard to give you extra peace of mind.

Service Plans:

At DD we want to ensure we offer a service plan to suit every practice and help you stay compliant. With our 1 or 3 year plans you only pay for what you use, with discounts based on the number of pieces of equipment maintained by DD, plus the option of coverage for handpieces & small equipment. All servicing & maintenance is carried out by our expert engineers using manufacturer parts and guidelines. Handpiece and small equipment servicing starts from £49.99+VAT per device per annual service.
* Maximum discount of 20% available when you take a 3-year service plan with 6 or more pieces of equipment. Other discounts apply starting from just 2 assets on a 1-year service plan. Discount can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
