K-Reamer with three cutting edges.

Compared to the K-File the K-Reamer has an open spiral design with three cutting edges, a 60° tip and a 120° cutting angle.

It is designed to effectively enlarge the root canals. The instrument has an excellent debris transportation.

The K-Reamer should be used with a screwing movement.
