The Planet Mark certification is a prestigious sustainability certification awarded to businesses that demonstrate their commitment to reducing carbon emissions and making positive environmental impacts. Planet Mark is one of the Partners of the UN-backed “Race to Zero” campaign supporting businesses towards net zero.
The Planet Mark certification requirements outline the necessary criteria that organizations need to meet in order to obtain the certification. This includes demonstrating sustainability initiatives, tracking and reducing carbon footprint, and implementing environmental policies.
For the 4th Year running DD has Proudly achieved Planet Mark certification. Reducing our Carbon footprint by over 8% per employee, achieved by reducing waste, travel, electricity and water. We are very proud of the way we handle our Waste Streams now, reducing the waste to landfill giving us an overall reduction of 72%.
